About these terms

This website, gravitat.online, is run by Gravitat, a design and engineering studio based in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it that aren’t meant for you, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.

Our content and our clients’ work

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Gravitat unless we say otherwise. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first.

The case studies show work we designed and built. Client projects appear with our clients’ permission, and the names, logos and content of those projects belong to the clients themselves.

Projects marked “Concept” are self-initiated: we made them on our own, without being asked or paid. They were not commissioned or approved by the companies they feature, and we are not affiliated with them. Those companies’ names, logos and product images belong to them.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending us a brief, an email or a message does not create a contract, and nothing on this site is an offer. Our prices are given on request. Every project starts with a written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timing, payment and any hosting we provide — and that document is what governs the work.

Who owns the work we build

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, once a project is paid in full you own the design, the code and the data we made for you. Open-source libraries and third-party services used in a project remain under their own licences and terms.

Accuracy and links

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Links to other websites, including our clients’ live sites, are there for your convenience; we don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
