ACC Smart School — main screen

(Overview)

Around 4,000 students, a paper register in every classroom, and no single record of who is where. ACC Smart School brings the school’s structure online: an admin panel for students, staff and classes, a dashboard for students and a marking view for teachers. The platform is live and still growing — fingerprint attendance at the gate, where the scanner only knows a hash and the server decides what it means, is being rolled out now.

(What we built)

  1. 01Admin panel: dashboard, students, promotion, school structure, subjects, staff, reports and roles
  2. 02Fingerprint attendance — enrolment and gate scans processed server-side by Cloud Functions (rolling out)
  3. 03A hardware simulator, so the attendance flow can be tested without a physical scanner
  4. 04Public student and staff data-collection flows, with a class-link finder for teachers
  5. 05Student dashboard and a teacher marking view
  6. 06One login for staff, students and admins, with role-based access
